The Upper Room

The trip to Portland was humbling to me. To see our leader, shepherd, teacher Thomas Harding showing his love and faith for this project was overwhelming. His concern for us to do the best work possible was so appreciated by us all. Not only was he teaching us to sow the seeds of the gospel, he was also preparing each of us for the Judgment Seat of Christ.

One of our prayers as a group was to have a meeting with other believers in the city but we had nowhere to meet. We had great faith that God would provide a place just like the upper room, and He did just that and he sent two people there as well.

There is a huge harvest field in Portland. I pray for the souls that have been saved and for the seeds that have been sown and watered. I pray for God to continue to lead our body in this project, to do His will in Portland or where ever it may be, and that our work will be blessed and that He will give us the heart we need to do His work. We give all the glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and God the Father.
